How long do I have to make a return?
You may return any eligible item within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
What items can be returned?
To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and packaging must be intact. For hygiene reasons, please try on shapewear over your own underwear.
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we consider that a quality issue and will make it right immediately.
Is there any cost to return an item?
No. We provide free returns on every order. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label from us, and we never charge any restocking fees.
How to start a return
Send an email to info@shaperrmint.it.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will reply with a prepaid return label and clear instructions. Please use only the label we provide to ensure your return is tracked properly.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we process the refund within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, it may take your bank or credit card provider an additional 7 to 10 business days to post the funds back to your original payment method. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been initiated.
If you have an item with a quality problem, please contact us before returning it so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
